As a Cross-Functional Team Member of the Street Crusade Leadership, you will serve as an essential part of the team that drives the success of the events and mission. You will collaborate and grow across multiple functions, including:

• Sponsorship Sales: Assist in identifying and securing sponsorships to fund and support the event.

• Event Organizing: Help plan, organize, and execute large-scale events, ensuring all logistics are aligned.

• Church Mobilization: Work with local churches and ministries to engage and mobilize their congregations for support.

• Pastoral Communications: Coordinate with pastors for outreach, guidance, and engagement.

• Logistics for Event: Ensure smooth operations during the event, including transportation, vendor coordination, and event setup.

• Showcase Sales: Assist in coordinating the automotive showcase, supporting sales, and managing vendor relationships.

• Merchandising: Support the planning and sales of event merchandise.

• Volunteer Recruiting & Empowerment: Lead efforts to recruit, equip, and empower volunteers for the event and ministry initiatives.

• Marketing & Promotions: Support in the execution of marketing campaigns to promote the event.

• Registration Management: Oversee attendee registration processes and manage registrations on event days.

• Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers in the automotive or ministry space to promote the event and build awareness.
